Beloved Son of Ceola Washington and David L. James. Brother of Patricia Washington, Willie M. Washington, Alphonso Washington, Quenton I. James all of New Orleans, LA. Nephew of Rosie L. Ellis and Mary James also survived by host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
