DERRICK DONTE LAWLESS

Derrick Donte Lawless entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 2, 2022, at the age of 43. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Loving father of Derrinisha Polk. Beloved son of Laurin Lynn Lawless, and the late Bobby Williams. Brother of Joy Jeanene Lawless-Jones. Grandson of Gene and Carolyn Young, and the late Fredrick Lawless, and Eva Mae Butler. Nephew of the late Alphoxise Butler, Mark Lawless, and Donjeanene Young, also survived by a host of other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastor, officers, and members of City of Love Church, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at City of Love Church, 8601 Palmetto St. New Orleans, LA on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above-named church.
