Dennis Martin Williams entered eternal rest on Tuesday March 31, 2026, at the age of 68. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Waggaman, LA. Dennis was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School Class of 1977. He was employed in the movie industry as a truck driver and was a member of the Local Union 270. Beloved husband of Dyetra Williams. Devoted father of Dajuan, Dana, and Domonique Williams. Grandfather of Destiny, Aaron, Amari, Danae, Ayden, Dajuan, Jr., Dymond, Denym, and Londyn. Great Grandfather of Dynver. Son of the late Nathaniel B. Williams and Hazel Defillo Williams. Grandson of the late Richard P. and Alice Defillo. Brother of Nathaniel B. Williams, Nathaniel E. Williams, Duke Williams, Sr., Linda Williams, Debra Osei, Donald Williams, and the late Sidney Williams. Son in law of the late Arthur F. and Anna L. Cole. Brother in law of the late Arthur, Jr., Marion Lee, and Aubrey Lee Cole, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of The Apostolic Church at New Orleans and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at The Apostolic Church at New Orleans 11700 Chef Menteur Highway New Orleans, LA on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:000a.m. until service time at the above named church.
