DENISE MARIE RINGO

Denise Marie Ringo entered into eternal rest at Ochsner Medical Center Jefferson Highway on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at the age of 61. She was a native of Houma, LA and a resident of New Orleans, LA. Denise was a former employee of Boomtown Casino and Red Maple Restaurant. Loving mother of Terrill Ringo. Daughter of the late Stella Mae Ringo and Robert Jackson. Stepdaughter of the late Stewart Washington, Sr. Granddaughter of the late Thomas Ringo, Sr. and Cecile Ringo. Sister of Don Ringo and Stuart Washington Ringo. Former wife of the late Herman Johnson, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Fischer Community Church, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Fischer Community Church 1737 L. B. Landry Ave. New Orleans, LA, on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Bishop James Nelson Brown officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above-named church.
