DELORES LIVAS PIERCE

Delores L. Pierce entered into eternal rest at her residence on Friday, September 27, 2019 at the age of 80. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Delores was a retired custodian with the Orleans Parish School System as a custodian. Wife of the late Alfred Pierce and Henry Nellon. Devoted mother of  Shiela, Brenda, and Sandra Nellon. Grandmother of the late Chiquita Kent. Daughter of the late Irwin Livas and Corine LeBlanc.  Sister of Darrel and Charles Livas, Patricia David, and the late Debra Livas; preceded in death by 5 brothers, also survived by 4 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 unborn grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews , cousins, other relatives and  friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the parlor.
