CONNIE IRENE COLEMAN

Connie Irene Coleman departed this life at Ochsner Medical Center Main Campus on Monday, April 18, 2022, at the age of 60. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Connie attended L. W. Higgins High School and was a former employee of Candyland Kinder Kollege and A Beam of Light. Beloved companion of Warren Jackson. Devoted mother of Sandra Coleman and the late Latasha Augustine Coleman. Loving grandmother of De’Wayne, De’Ron, and De’Quan Coleman. Daughter of Mary Lee K. Colman and the late Robert Coleman. Sister of Denise, Norris, Kevin, Tyrone, and Mark Coleman, and the late Paula C. Keller, Yancy, Troy, Morris, and Carlton Coleman. Godmother of Shawneice Carr and Saniya Caffery. Connie is also survived by her best friend Angela Andrews, her good friend Ethel Myles, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
