CLARENCE VANDARUGH

Clarence Vandarugh, transitioned to his heavenly home on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at the age of 94. He was a native of Waterproof, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Clarence was a retired groundskeeper with Orleans Parish Parkway.  Beloved husband of the late Dorothy Mae Vandarugh. Devoted of father of Linda Vandarugh, and the late Ernest (Margaret) Brooks, Alice (Carl) Fultz, Reginald Dabney, Shermon Dabney, Herman Dabney, S.J. (Deon) McGill, Carl Jackson, Carl Windmon, Donald Smith, Jr., Jaynell Fultz, and Clarence Fultz. Stepfather of Betty Lou McGill. Clarence is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to a Memorial Service at 1009 DIMARCO APT. B, MARRERO, LA on Friday, February 4, 2022, at 3:00p.m. Arrangements by Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA.
