CAROL PATE WILLIAMS

Carol Denise Pate Williams entered into eternal rest at University Medical Center on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at the age of 63. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Carol was a graduate of L. W. Higgins High School and attended the University of New Orleans. She was employed as Chief Administrative Officer with Tic Tot Nursery School, and a former employee of Wal Mart for 18 years as a department manager. Devoted wife of the late Larry Williams, Sr. Beloved mother of Larry Williams, Jr., and Desmond Williams. Stepmother of Kryshawn, Tressie, and Cynesia Williams, and Mychal Alexander. Daughter of the late Elvin and Lucinda Pate. Sister of Jesse Pate, Sr., Elvin Pate, Sr., the late Venesia Stewart, and Joyce Roy. Mother-in-law of Tonia Williams and the late Dominique Ferguson Williams. Sister in law of Dennis, Darrin, and Ryan Brewer, Patricia Pate, Irma Faye Pate, Lyntrella, Cyntrella, Vyntrella, and Madelynn Brewer, Mildred Glapion, and the late Paulette Pate, also survived by 9 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and Friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Harvest Ripe Church, New Salem Church of Christ Holiness, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at New Salem Church of Christ Holiness 1540 Mansfield Dr. Marrero, LA on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Elder George Taylor Host Pastor;   Pastor Jesse Pate officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above-named church.
