BENNIE BUSH, JR.

Bennie Bush, Jr., entered eternal rest at his residence on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the age of 83 He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Bennie was a graduate of Booker T. Wahington High School. He served his country in the United States Navy. He was a retired facility operator. Beloved son of the late Bennie Bush, Jr. and Juanita Bush. Brother of Celestine B. Thomas, Barbara Bush Diggs, Brenda Small, Stanley, Janice, Mary Lee, Nell, Gwen, Anna Bell, and Gail Bush, and the late Betty B. Williams, Mary L. Armstead, Deanna Bush Williams, Darlene Walters, Elain Bush, Edward Bush, and Darnell Bush, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Saturday November 1, 2025, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Norman Francis, officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00am until service time at the above-named parlor.
