AUDREY CHARLES JOSEPH

Audrey Charles Joseph entered into eternal rest at her residence on Friday, November 25, 2022, at the age of 84. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Audrey was a graduate of L. B. Landry High School, and she was a retired employee of Charity Hospital as a Dietary Clerk. Devoted wife of the late Edward Joseph, Jr. Beloved mother of Dawn Joseph Washington, Ivy Joseph (Ronald) Williams, and Edward (Shannon) Joseph, III. Daughter of the late Samuel, II and Della Charles. Grandson of the late Samuel and Mary Charles, Joseph and Lillian Burrell. Sister of Carolyn Bowser, and the late Samuel Charles, III. Audrey is survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of St. Stephens Baptist Church, Mt. Pilgrim 4^th Baptist Church, and neighboring churches; members of Eastern Star are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. at the above-named parlor.
