ARNOLD CLAYTON BROWN

Arnold Clayton Brown entered into eternal rest on Wednesday August 2, 2023, at the age of 65. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of Marrero, LA. Arnold was educated in the Jefferson Parish School System, and he was a retired lead programmer of machinery and electronics with Tenaris/Hydril with over 35 years of service. Beloved husband of the late Jeannie Videau Brown. Former husband of Sylvia Brown. Loving father of Byron C. (Somayla) Brown, Sylarn J. (Marcos) Gomez, Silmyra B. Newport, Cornelius M. Brown, Jonathan D. Brown, Chanel A. Brown (Clarence), and Knowledge S. Fleming Brown. Son of the late Willie Brown, Jr. and Adrienne Burns Brown. Grandson of the late Rev. George W. Burns, Sr. and Melvina Douglas Burns. Brother of Willet G. Brown Tugwell, Cassandra O. Brown (Willie) Cann, Byron C. (Gina) Brown, and the late Glen Anthony Brown. Uncle of the late Samuel S. Cann. Great uncle of the late Angel Berkel. Nephew of Angelina LaFrance, Edwin Bobby (Thelma) Burns and the late Melinda Lois Williams, and George W. Burns, Jr., also survived by 17 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of True Hope Church Ministries International, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at, True Hope Church Ministries International 1228 Cohen St. Marrero, LA on Friday, August 11, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Minister Henry Johnson, officiating.
