ANTHONY MCGUFFEY

Anthony McGuffey entered into eternal rest on Friday June 4, 2021 at Mission Trail Baptist Hospital in San Antonio TX at the age of 43. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA.  Devoted father of Taylor Hawkins, Ariane McGuffey, Loreal McGuffey, Tyler Hawkins, Antaniece McGuffey, Lester McGuffey, Anthony McGuffey, Jr., Antoine McGuffey, Teshawn Cunningham. Grandfather of Harleaux Terrel. Son of Belinda McGuffey and the late Anthony Reese. Grandson of Ethel Lee Henry,  Dorothy Reese, and Henry McGuffey, Sr. and  the late Elmore Reese, Sr. Brother of Carenthia Henry, Loretha McGuffey, Shauntelle Mitchell, Christopher McGuffey (DeEster), Eric Henry, Alexander McGuffey and the late Lester Henry, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 230 MONROE ST. GRETNA, LA on Friday, June 25, 2021, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time. Interment:  Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery- New Orleans,  LA.
