ANNA FEAST CARTER

Anna Louise Feast Carter, a homemaker, transitioned peacefully into eternal rest at her daughter’s residence on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at the age of 87. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Anna enjoyed shopping, cooking and exercising. She will be remembered for her feisty courageous demeanor. Beloved wife of the late John Carter, Sr. Devoted mother of Wilbert (Karen) Ricard, Patricia Ricard (Gordon) Wheaton, Pamela Ricard, and the late Paul (Cheryl Ann) Feast and Deborah Ricard. Loving grandmother of Paul (Julie) Feast, Jr., Shauntell, Shaundell, and Debra Feast, Nikita (Reggie) Armwood, Cassandra (Arthur) Whitfield, Sharon (Andros) Stevenson, Darryl Ricard, and Toral (Raven) Ricard, Jr. Daughter of the late Isiah Feast and Hilda Ray Feast. Anna is also survived by 27 great grandchildren, and host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also priest and parishioners of All Saints Catholic Church and all neighboring churches; employees of Heart of Hospice, DiMartino’s, Archdioceses Immaculate Conception, T. Parker Host Terminal, Le Bayou Restaurant, Thrasher Construction, Clean Harbors, Compass Group, Karr High School , and Serenity Hospice are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at All Saints Catholic Church, 1441 Teche Street, New Orleans, LA on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the church.
