Ana Edith Gutierrez entered peacefully into eternal rest at St. Joseph Hospice on Thursday, August 3, 2023, at the age of 60. She was a native of La Ceiba, HN and a resident of Gretna, LA. Ana was employed as a Childcare/Personal Care Worker. She was a former employee of Carol’s Cottage for Children. Loving mother of Jazmin Moreno (Jonathan Harper), Ricardo Moreno, and Matthew Moreno (Daija Smith). Cherished grandmother of Nathalie Moreno, Gabriela Raygoza, Dylan Bingham, Jaylean Moreno, Cayden Moreno, and Amari Moreno. Great grandmother of Aniese Cozey and Legacy Bingham. Beloved daughter of Sara Greenwald and the late Casimiro Gutierrez. Sister of Simon Greenwald, Charles Greenwald, Abraham Greenwald, Michael Greenwald, Sonia Isabel G. (Jeremy) Rhoto, Sara Elisa Gutierrez, and the late Orlando and David Gutierrez. Devoted love of Tulio Nunez; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
