ALPHADINE MONTREL LUNDY

Alphadine Montrell Lundy, age 46, transitioned peacefully into eternal rest at his home on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.  He was a native of Tylertown, MS and a resident of New Orleans, LA. Alphadine was a graduate of Walter L. Cohen High School, and he attended Delgado Community College. He was a customer service manager. Alphadine served as a Sunday School Teacher at Higher Dimension Church in Houston, TX.  He was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, where he served as an associate minister. Loving father of Patrick and Lawrence Clark. Son of Nora Lundy and the late Willie J. Lundy. Brother of Lindberg Lundy, Gary Cooper, Reginald Cooper, Daron Lundy, Rita Tumble, Donna Petty, Wilda James, Chris Lundy, Genoria Lundy, Andrea Jackson Lundy, Lorraine Austin, and the late Calvin Lundy, Willie Ray Lundy, Gregory Gould, Deborah Lundy and Robin Cooper. Alphadine is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 1419 4^th Street, Westwego, LA on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Woodrow Hayden, officiating.
