ALBERT FLEMING

Albert “A. J.” Fleming departed this life in Rocklin, CA on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at the age of 46.  He was a native of Marrero, LA and a resident of Oroville, CA.  Albert was employed as a sales associate. Devoted father of Sakyra and Juwelz Lewis of Atlanta, GA. Beloved on of Patricia Scott and the late Albert Smith, Jr. Brother of Vincent (Ray-Carnella) Fleming, Allen (Fonteechio) Degree, and the late Pauling P. Fleming, and Antoinette Anderson. Grandson of Phyllis B. Scott, and the late Herman and Ruth P. Scott, Albert and Rose Mae Smith, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.  Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Rock of Ages Baptist Church, St. John B.C., and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA. on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Rev.  Cary Payton, Sr., Pastor of St. Matthew B.C. officiating.  Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above-named parlor.  Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery, Westwego, LA.
