Alberdia G. Washington transitioned peacefully on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at the age of 89. She was a native of New Orleans, LA, a former resident of Marrero, LA and presently a resident of Suwanee, GA. Prior to relocating to Georgia, Alberdia was an active member of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church of Marrero, LA, where she served with the Usher Ministry. Beloved wife of the late Clifton Washington, Jr. Devoted mother of Kenneth and Christopher Washington, and the late Bernell Lee Green, Sr.  Loving grandmother of Kenneth Washington, Jr., Bernell Lee Green, Jr., Cash Green, Houston Montgomery Green, Sacha Nicole Washington, Ethan Alexander Washington, Kaci Elizabeth Washington, Karya Faye Washington, Christopher Washington, Jr., and Kobi Washington. Daughter of the late Cornelius Green and Louise Williams. Sister of Lionel Williams and the late Odeal, Cornelius, and Joseph Green, Pernell, Louis, and Melvin Williams. Also left to cherish her memories are a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Thomas J.
