ADRIENNE MARIE GRIFFIN

Adrienne Griffin passed away at her residence on Monday, June 20, 2022, at the age of 63.  She was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Terrytown, LA. Adrienne was an Alumni of Walter L. Cohen Class of 1976, and continued her education at Audubon Community School in business to become an Office Assistant.  Adrienne was an ordained Minister, who loved working for the Lord within her community as an Outreach Member winning souls for the Lord. Beloved mother of Latachia Griffin of Arkansas, Comoneicke, and Christian (Terrineka) Griffin, and the late Tiffereny, and Brandi. Devoted grandmother of Xenphon, Darryl, Leo, Kierra, Layla, Joshua, Lilliana, Leah, James, Breanna, Calvin, George, Journey, DeJohn, Christian, Jr., Taylen, and Angelica. Great grandmother of Milani, Amyria, Isabella, and Knight P.  Daughter of late Henry Peter, and Eleona Stephens Griffin. Sister of Henry Reed, Anthony (Lynette) Davis, and Randy (Shannon) Griffin, Dianne Michaels, Carmilli Camp, Wilma Brown, and the late Shelia (Herbert) Larks, and Will Griffin. Dedicated sister of Rev. Roberta Jackson. Aunt of Sherise, Bre, Kayla, Kourtney, Katelyn, Terri, Randy, Jr. Larry, Anthony, Jr., and the late Henry Larks. Dedicated cousin of Glendia Smothers. Companion and caregiver Huey Walker, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
