Otis Johnson entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at his residence under the care of Canon Hospice. Beloved husband of the late Omega J. Johnson. Devoted father of Claudette, Rose, Danietta, James, and the late Otis, Jr. Son of the late Percy and Fannie Johnson. Brother of Fannie Mae Cooper and Edna Anderson, also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 3 sisters in law, 5 brothers in law, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends Age: 77 years a native of Gloster, Ms. and a resident of Avondale, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Mt. Hermon B.C., and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Mt. Hermon B.C. 3512 U.S. Highway 90, Avondale, La. on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 10:00a.m. Dr. Sean T. Elder, Sr. pastor officiating Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church. Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, La.
