Pirly Green Tate entered into eternal peace on Wednesday, March 7, 2012. Loving wife of Lloyd R. Tate, Jr. Mother of Herbert and Lloyd Tate, III and the late Loria R. Tate. Daughter of Evelyn R. Taylor and the late Ruffin Green. Adopted grandmother of Destiny and Maryah Tate. Stepmother of Precious Meredith. Sister of Connie Taylor, Irish Green, Dorothy Green, Linda Mikki Smith, Edna Jean Carter, Sonya Taylor, and the late Annette G. George and Willie Green, also survived by 16 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 6 sisters in law, 6 brothers in law, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age: 62 years a native of Lee County, Al. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of New Life Fellowship Ministries, Second Zion Baptist Church and neighboring churches.
