Jerry Bob Harvey, a retired heavy equipment operator for River Birch Landfill, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2015. Beloved husband of 45 years to Lorraine Harvey. Devoted father of Juanita Harvey and the late Lanna Harvey. Grandfather of Kyle Delahoussaye, Jr., Viott Mann, Jr., Anissa Mann, Alvian Every, Zack Mann, Marlee Jasmine, Zoie Jasmine, Akim Jasmine, Alanna Harvey, and Niko Harvey. Son of the late Geraldine Harvey Darden and the late Robert Harvey. Brother of Bernadette Gildspinel, Bernadine Cidranes and the late Larry Darden. Uncle of Nina Daniels. Brother-in-law of Annette Washington, Emelda (Eirvin) Lightell, Melvin Clayton, Samuel Clayton, and Robert Dennis; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 65 years a native of Pineville, LA and a resident of Bridge City, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 2:00PM.
