Charles Ray Newell departed this life on Friday, November 6, 2015 in Washington, D.C. at the age of 24. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Terrytown, LA. Loving son of Ursula Newell-Davis and Charles Ray Augustine. Stepson of Larry Davis. Brother of Jvon C. Newell, John A. Lewis, Jr., Samuel Augustine and Charrionte Isidore. Grandson of Gail B. Newell, Carolyn Augustine, Mildred Lewis and the late Rudolph Newell and Samuel Price. Nephew of Tammiko Newell; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Temple of Praise Ministries, Olive Branch Baptist Church, and all neighboring churches; employees of Canon Hospice, Boh Brothers, Veterans Administration, and Samsa are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Temple of Praise Ministries, 1840 Commercial Dr. Harvey, LA on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
