Kathy Mae Murray departed this life on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at University Medical Center at the age of 59. She was a native of St. Joseph, LA and a resident of New Orleans, LA.

Devoted mother of Quanica Murray and Korwaski Murray. Loving grandmother of Quentell Lagarde, Keenan Clifton, Jr., and Endia Farria. Great grandmother of Jake Taylor, Brielle and Tru Legarde. Daughter of the late David and Mary T. Murray. Sister of John, Elijah, Samuel, Moses Aaron, Michelle, Carolyn, Darlene, Gloria, and Clarice Murray; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Burial was Private.
